Outcome: Non-inductive current drive using Fast Wavess is explored for high β plasmas where plasma density and temperature are high. A Novel Interdigital type of Travelling Wave Antenna was designed to launch RF waves inside the tokamak for steady-state plasma operations for a longer duration.
