Instruction for Booking

The equipment is to be used by the certified trained user. The booking will be for one time slot per day. If the task is for longer hours, different time slots can be selected. 

In case of any requirement of consumables, a indent form has to be submitted to the Karthik Kommuri (LAMBDA-W 101).
